1. General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 25taka online casino and betting platform ("Platform", "we", "our") and its users ("you", "member"). • Each individual may open only one account. Multiple accounts are not allowed.
• The name, phone number, and payment details provided at registration must be your own.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is not permitted.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 25taka support immediately.

2.2 Identity Verification

25taka may request additional information or documents from a member at any time for identity verification. Withdrawal processing may be put on hold until verification is complete.

3. Age Verification

25taka services are available only to individuals aged 21 or above. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.

25taka reserves the right to immediately suspend, and if necessary permanently close, the account of any user suspected to be a minor. In such cases, any balance in the account may be forfeited.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

25taka processes transactions through mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh. Our accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Successful deposits are generally added to your gaming account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000.
• Example: deposit ৳16,000 and receive a ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳31,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x (ten times). This means you must wager an amount equal to ten times the bonus amount before withdrawing the bonus funds.

5.3 General Bonus Conditions

• A bonus applies only to the account of the member in whose name the registration was made.
• If a bonus is claimed through multiple accounts or fraud, the entire bonus and any related winnings will be forfeited.
• 25taka reserves the right to change or cancel the conditions of any promotion at any time.
• Bonus offers are subject to various time limits or other restrictions.

5.4 VIP Program

Regular members can participate in our three-tier VIP program:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Through regular activity and active participation, you can advance to a higher VIP tier.

6. Gaming Rules

All games on 25taka are operated using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which ensures unbiased and fair results. Each game has its own rules, and it is recommended to read them before starting.

6.1 Betting Limits

Each game has set minimum and maximum betting limits that are clearly displayed in the game interface. Separate maximum betting limits may apply when a bonus is active.

6.2 Technical Errors

• If the internet connection is lost during a game, the last data saved on the server will be considered final.
• 25taka reserves the right to void incorrect results or winning amounts displayed due to a software error.

10. Violations and Penalties

In the event of a violation of these Terms, 25taka may take the following actions:

• Temporarily suspend the account.
• Forfeit bonuses and any related winnings.
• Permanently close the account.
• Take legal action where applicable.

11. Disclaimer and Limitations

25taka is not responsible for the following:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical failures of third parties.
• Issues related to the user's own device or connection.
• Unavoidable circumstances (force majeure, natural disasters, government directives, etc.).
• Financial losses arising from gaming — gaming is for entertainment purposes.

25taka's maximum liability will never exceed the original amount of the transaction in question.

12. Changes to Terms

25taka reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms at any time. Members will be informed of changes through a notice published on the platform.
